Abstract:This experiment use liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to test the type and content of the fluorescent substance in the popcorn cups in the market. VBL, APC, SPP, APH four fluorescent brighteners were identified as the target compound. 10 times of the signal-to-noise ratio was used to confirm the detection limit, and all fluorescent brighteners’ limits were less than 10 ng /mL, the method precision (RSD) was <10%. It proved that the fluorescent substances added in the examined popcorn cups were APC. The migration amounts ranged from 0.653 mg/kg to 23.166 mg/kg. The method can effectively separate the fluorescent substance and further be defined qualitatively and quantitatively. |
