| Abstract:The process of speed increasing/decreasing of rewinder affects the rewinding quality remarkably. The S-surve acceleration and its control algorithm were applied to slove the speed change problem in speed increasing/decreasing process by real-time calculation of the programmable logical controller and controlling the speed adjustment installation, the function of the jerk acceleration, acceleration, velocity were also given. The practice proved that this kind of control method can effectively increase control precision of the speed increasing/decreasing process of rewinder and improve product quality and the automation level. |
