Abstract:In order to study the influences of air temperature and weather on total chemical oxygen demand (TCOD )of the papermaking wastewater, the variations of TCOD value of papermaking wastewater in different seasons and weather conditions were compared, and the relationship between air temperature and temperature of SBR influent was also investigated. The results indicated that air temperature and the temperature of SBR influent had correlation; TCOD value increased with the increase of SBR influent temperature; when air temperature fluctuated faintly, the TCOD value of SBR influent in cloudy days was higher than that in sunny days. The study results revealed that in addition to control aeration flow rate in the SBR process, the temperature of SBR influent could also be another adjusting variable in papermaking wastewater treatment process. |
