Abstract:Paper machines which have been put into operation for more than 10 years are facing the issue of QCS update rebuilding, the article elaborated how to shorten the rebuilding time from the aspects of technical negotiation, liaison of system design, installation preparation, system installation and QCS start up and commissioning.
