Abstract:Advantage of oxygen preparation using for oxygen delignification, oxygen alkali extraction, waste water treatment, pure oxygen aeration in the pulp mill by VPSA-O2 system were introduced. Performances of VPSA-O2 system were influenced by selection and application of molecular sieve, absorber and its structure, as well as the equipment in the process including blowers, vacuum pumps, oxygen compressor, switching valves and control subsystem components and other. The shortcomings of VPSA-O2 system were analyzed.
