| A New Advanced Treatment Process of White Water |

| Abstract:Decentralized white water advanced treatment and recycle on the spot of paper mill can realize energy saving and reducing investment. The pilot trial adopted parallel flow sedimentation tank to simulate multi-disc filter, its effluent further passed through the Arkal disc filter and Amiad Microfiber filter (MT) to implement advanced treatment. The SS in the final effluent could maintain less than 5 mg/L and meet the supplementary water requirment of recycled cooling water. Meanwhile, water production rate of Arkal disc and MT could reach 99% and 98% respectively. in automatic filter working process, no chemical were added. This treatment process is regarded as novel white water advanced purification technology. |
