| Abstract:Properties and application results of various curing agents were analysed, emulsifying process and physical properties of the rapid curing AKD including solid content, viscosity, particle size, dispersion performance and appearance, etc were studied. The properties and sizing effect of the AKD emulsion were evaluated. Results showed that, the optimal conditions for AKD emulsification was ratio of cationic starch and AKD 1∶1, curing agent dosage 15% and the curing anent was added in emulsification operation. The sizing rate after drying section could reach about 85%, and the polymer of curing agent has significant benefits for improvement of AKD efficiency. |
