| Abstract:In this paper, an effective method for determination of the migration of banned aromatic amines in paper packaging materials for foodstuffs using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC/MS-MS) was established. The sample was first extracted by deionized water, the extract was then concentrated on a solid phase extraction column and eluted by methanol. The elution was condensed and solved in methanol for GC/MS-MS analysis. The analyte was detected by triple quadrupole MS in multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The recoveries were in the range of 63.1%~98.4% while the relative standard deviation (RSD) changed from 2.6% to 16.2%. The limit of detection was lower than 1.0 ng/mL for all 24 kinds of banned aromatic amines at the condition of S/N=10. |
