| Abstract:The main factor affecting papermaking wastewater reuse is its high concentration of total suspended solids which causes plug up of the water jet equipment and felt, affecting the production. Because of the high cost of wastewater deep filtration, and increase of production costs, most companies are reluctant to construct wastewater deep filtration facilities, it causes low water reuse rate. Combining using wastewater deep filtration and optimization of reuse pipe network layout, the waster water quality can meet the requirement of the production units, and also can lower the cost of the water deep filtration, it is the effective way to reduce the wastewater discharge in the recycled fiber mills. |
