Abstract:After enrichment, primary screening and stable repeat screening five strains of microorganism from the soil sample provided by Nanping Paper Co., Ltd were separated, which can degrade natural resin. Using the method of liquid fermentation and stable repeat screening two strains with high degradation ability—Z75, Z37 were screened from the five strain microorganisms. After 24 h cultivation, the Morphology study of the two strains showed that the diameter of the bacterial agglutinin is >1mm,the length of the thalli is <5 μm. It is preliminary estimated that the Z75 is brevibacterium.sp and the Z37 is micrococcus varians. The primary study of degradation conditions for Z75 indicated that the optimum particle of natural resin is 0.2 g while the most appropriate cultivation time is 20 h or more. As a result of optimizing fermentation conditions and primary adjustment of culture medium, the degradation rate of Z75 rise from 6.55% to 43.3%, which is significant for using to degrade the natural resin.
