| Abstract:Triglyceride in the Pinus massoniana TMP pulp was hydrolysed by Burkholderia sp. ZYB002 lipase. The optimized technology was as follows: the pulp concentration was 6%, the dose of the lipase from Burkholderia sp. ZYB002 was 20 U/g on the oven dried thermomechanical pulp, the reaction was carried out at 65℃ for 30 mines with pH =7.5. In this optimized technology, the hydrolysis rate of the triglyceride reached 39%. |
