Abstract:Food packaging paper and its products are the common food packaging material, it will directly affect the safety of food. In order to reduce the contamination risk of the food caused by the packaging paper and its products, application of HACCP in the production of food packaging paper and its products was discussed. According to the basic principle of HACCP, the production processes of food packaging paper and its products were analyzed, hazard factors were found, critical control points and critical limits were defined, and the monitoring of critical control points and the corrective methods were discussed. |
