玻纤滤纸表面润湿性对乳化水聚结分离性能影响研究

摘要:本研究利用具有不同润湿性能的增强树脂施胶玻纤滤纸原纸,制得具有不同表面润湿性能的玻纤滤纸。通过测试玻纤滤纸及增强树脂涂膜在空气和油液中的接触角,表征其润湿性能,并根据ISO 16332: 2018要求,研究不同润湿性能的玻纤滤纸在高、低界面张力油液中的水分离性能。结果表明,不同润湿性能的玻纤滤纸对高界面张力油液均具有良好的水分离性能,但对于低界面张力油液,其油水分离性能迅速下降。随着增强树脂涂膜疏水性能的提升,玻纤滤纸对低界面张力油液的水分离性能呈现先上升后下降的趋势,当增强树脂涂膜在空气中水接触角约30°、油液中水接触角约55°时,由其施胶制备的玻纤滤纸具有最佳的油水分离性能,稳态油水分离效率为84.1%,最大压降为0.73 kPa。
Abstract:In this study, glass fiber filter paper with different surface wetting properties were prepared from glass fiber filter paper base paper sized by reinforced resin with different wetting properties. The wetting properties of the glass fiber filter papers and reinforced resin coating film were characterized by contact angle both in air and oil, and the water separation performance of glass fiber filter papers with different wetting properties under high interfacial tension oil and low interfacial tension oil was tested according to ISO 16332: 2018. The results showed that glass fiber filter papers with different wetting properties presented good water separation performance for high interfacial tension oil, but the oil-water separation performance of the glass fiber filter paper rapidly decreased under low interfacial tension oil. With the improvement of the hydrophobicity of the reinforced resin coating film, the water separation performance of glass fiber filter papers for low interfacial tension oil showed a rising and then decreasing trend. When reinforced resin used in the glass fiber filter paper with water contact angle of its film of about 30° in air and 55° in oil, the glass fiber filter paper presented best oil-water separation performance, with steady-state water separation efficiency of 84.1% and maximum pressure drop of only 0.73 kPa.
