摘要:本研究以碳纤维和阔叶木浆纤维为原料,通过磨浆处理和湿法成形制备了一系列不同电导率的碳纤维纸,进一步与环氧胶膜叠层得到具有梯度结构的碳纤维复合纸(MCFP),并对其电导率、电磁屏蔽特性和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,梯度和多层结构能够减少电磁波入射反射、增加内部反射吸收,故MCFP具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能和低反射特性,优化条件下MCFP的总屏蔽效能可达45 dB,吸收系数高达0.67。同时,碳纤维赋予MCFP出色的电热性能,在6 V驱动电压下表面温度可达147 ℃。
Abstract:In this study, a series of carbon fiber papers with different conductivity were prepared by milling pretreatment and wet-forming from carbon fiber and hardwood pulp fiber. And then, these papers were laminated with epoxy film to obtain composite carbon fiber paper (MCFP) with gradient structure. The electromagnetic shielding performance, mechanical properties, and conductivity of MCFP were investigated. The results showed that the gradient and multilayer structure could significantly diminish incident electromagnetic wave reflection while enhancing the absorption of internal reflections. Consequently, the MCFP demonstrated superior electromagnetic shielding with low reflectance characteristics. The total shielding efficiency of MCFP reached 45 dB, and the absorption coefficient was up to 0.67 under optimized conditions. At the same time, the carbon fiber endowed the MCFP with excellent electro-thermal performance, and the surface temperature could reach 147 ℃ with a supplied voltage of 6 V.
