摘要:本课题从纸基材料(PBM)的多层级结构和物化改性方法的角度,系统阐述了PBM水蒸气阻隔性能的研究现状及发展趋势。首先,分析了水蒸气阻隔的特殊性及在PBM不同层级结构上的传输机制;其次,论述了PBM的3D网络内部结构修饰处理对水蒸气阻隔性能影响的研究进展;再次,基于PBM界面结构的改性研究,对比分析了各类阻隔性涂层对水蒸气阻隔性能的影响;最后重点总结了超疏水PBM的研究现状,分析了超疏水性能和水蒸气阻隔性能之间的协同对立关系,探讨了改善超疏水PBM水蒸气阻隔性能的必要性,并为超疏水PBM实现实际应用提出了研发思路和方向。
Abstract:In this paper, from the perspective of multi-level hierarchical structures and physical-chemical modification methods of paper-based materials(PBM), the research progress and development trend of PBM in water vapor barrier property were systematically summarized. Firstly, the particularity of water vapor barrier and the transport mechanism of water vapor molecules in different hierarchical structures of PBM were analyzed. Secondly, the research progress on the effect of 3D network internal structural modification on water vapor barrier property of PBM was discussed. Thirdly, based on the modification study of PBM interface structure, effect of various kinds of barrier coatings on the water vapor barrier property of PBM were compared and analyzed. Finally, the research status of super-hydrophobic paper-based materials was summarized, the synergetic and confrontational relationship between super-hydrophobic property and water vapor barrier property was discussed. Meanwhile, the necessity of improving the water vapor barrier property of super-hydrophobic PBM was dissected and the development ideas and directions for the real applications of super-hydrophobic PBM were proposed.
