摘要:本文从提供高效传热性能的角度,介绍了卫生纸机中采用圆形喷孔射流气罩的优化设计,给出了射流气罩对流换热的计算方法,分析特定工况算例的传热特性,讨论了实际工作中射流斜角对传热性能的影响,并给出了消除这种影响的斜孔设计方案。
Abstract:From the perspective of providing high-efficient heat transfer performance, this paper introduced the optimal design of the circular jet nozzle hood in the tissue machine, gave the calculation method of the convection heat transfer of the jet hood, and analyzed the heat transfer characteristics of the specific working conditions, discussed the influence of jet slant angle on heat transfer performance in actual work, and provided a design plan of slant hole to eliminate this influence.
