摘要:为了检验新型锥形磨浆机结构设计的可行性,对新型锥形磨浆机的主要受力部件,包括主轴、机座、磨室等,采用有限元分析的方法进行了基于ANSYS的静力学分析和动力学模态分析,探讨了锥形磨浆机的主要受力部件的应力应变和共振情况。结果表明,新型锥形磨浆机的主要受力部件均满足强度和刚度的要求,且能够避免发生共振现象。 |
Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility of structural design of a new conical refiner,the static and dynamic modal analyses based on ANSYS were carried out for the main stress components of the new conical refiner,including spindle, frame and grinding chamber by using the finite element analysis method. The stress,strain and resonance of the main stressed parts of the conical refiner were discussed. The results showed that the main stress components of the new conical pulp refiner met the requirements of strength and stiffness while avoiding resonance. |
