摘要:研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、苄基三甲基氯化铵(TMBAC)、四甲基氯化铵(TMAC)和醋酸锰共4种相转移催化剂对高铁酸钾深度处理制浆中段废水的影响。结果表明,4种催化剂的最适pH值均为4;CTAB对处理效果具有明显的促进作用,CTAB用量为0.2 mg/L,高铁酸钾用量为40 mg/L,反应时间为20 min时,CODCr去除率达60%以上;TMAC用量为0.6 mg/L,高铁酸钾用量为40 mg/L,反应时间为20 min时,CODCr去除率达到最大值,为49.3%;TMBAC用量为0.2 mg/L,高铁酸钾用量为60 mg/L,反应时间为20 min时,CODCr去除率达到最大值,为58.4%;醋酸锰加入量为0.6 mg/L,高铁酸钾用量为60 mg/L,反应时间为30 min时,CODCr去除率达到最大值,为56.4%。 |
Abstract:Effects of four phase transfer catalysts including cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (TMBAC), tetramethyl ammonium chloride (TMAC) and manganese acetate on advanced treatment of mid-stage pulping effluent by potassium ferrate were studied. The results showed that the optimal pH value for the four phase transfer catalysts was 4. CTAB had obviously promoting role on treatment effect, CODCr removal efficiency achived more than 60% when CTAB and potassium ferrate dosages were 0.2 mg/L and 40 mg/L, respectively, and the reaction time was 20 min. When TMAC and potassium ferrate dosages were 0.6 mg/L and 40 mg/L, respectively and reaction time was 20 min, the higest CODCr removal efficiency of 49.3% was achived. While the higest CODCr removal efficiency of 58.4% was achived when TMBAC and potassium ferrate dosages were 0.2 mg/L and 60 mg/L, respectively , and the reaction time was 20 min. When manganese acetate and potassium ferrate dosages were 0.6 mg/L and 60 mg/L, respectively, the reaction time was 30 min, CODCr removal efficiency achieved the higest value of 56.4%. |
