摘要:随着纸机车速的不断提高,辊筒动力学特性表现的愈加重要,现已成为纸机进一步提速的瓶颈。通过ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真软件对纸机辊筒进行动力学特性仿真分析研究,分析所得辊筒的固有频率、临界转速、振型以及振幅的情况,实验表明纸机辊筒属于刚性转子。同时采用有限元模态仿真技术,为进一步研究纸机辊筒的动力学特性提供了技术基础。
Abstract:With the continuous increasing of the paper machine speed, roll dynamic performance is very important and is the bottle reck of further increase of paper mechine speed. This paper used the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to conduct dynamic characteristics analysis of the rolls. The analysis of the inherent frequency, critical speed, vibration mode and amplitude of the roll, indicated that the rolls in paper machine belonged to rigis rolls. At the same time, this paper used the finite element modal simulation technology which procided the technical basis to further research dynamic characteristics of paper machine rolls.
