铵碱法预处理烟梗纤维提高造纸法烟草薄片品质的研究

摘要:采用铵碱法[CO(NH2)2和KOH]对烟梗纤维进行预处理,以改善烟梗纤维的物理性能,提高造纸法烟草薄片的感官质量。结果表明,在CO(NH2)2用量1.0%、KOH用量1.0%、处理温度45℃和处理时间3.0 h条件下,烟梗基片的抗张指数、松厚度和柔软度分别为32.8 N·m/g、2.89 cm3/g和37.3 mN,与未预处理烟梗基片相比分别提高了9.33%、16.5%和27.4%;卷烟感官评吸表明,与采用普通造纸法烟草薄片卷制的卷烟相比,经上述铵碱预处理后的造纸法烟草薄片卷制的卷烟,感官评吸得分最高,比普通卷烟高1.9分。
Abstract:Urea and potassium hydroxide were used to pretreat the tobacco stems pulp in order to improve the quality of the reconstitued tobacco. The optimum pretreatment conditions were as following: urea 1.0%, potassium hydroxide 1.0%, treatment temperature 45℃, treatment time 3.0 h. Under the condition, the tensile strength, the bulk and the softness of the tobacco stem paper were 32.8 N·m/g, 2.89 cm3/g and 37.3 mN, increased 9.34%, 16.5% and 27.5% compared with the control sample respectively. At the same time, smoking experience of the treated reconstitued tobacco indicated that its offensive odor and the stimulation were lower, the aroma and harmony increased compared with the normal reconstitued tobacco.
