摘要:热压工艺是提高湿法成形芳纶纸基材料性能的重要环节。本实验采用SEM观察了间位芳纶复合纸表面及横截面在热压过程中的微观结构变化规律,并借助图像分析技术,分析了间位芳纶复合纸纸张孔隙结构的变化,结合间位芳纶复合纸力学性能,优化了间位芳纶复合纸的热压工艺,当热压温度为130℃时,间位芳纶复合纸的紧度、抗张强度、伸长率分别约为未经热压处理时的4、5和7倍。 |
Abstract:Aramid sheets can be manufactured from aramid short fibers and pulp by wet forming process. Properties of aramid sheets can be improved by hot pressing process. The change of micro-structures of the surfaces and cross-sections of aramid sheets during hot pressing were observed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The porosities of the sheet were analyzed via Image J tool and the hot pressing process was optimized. |
