摘要:介绍了大型同步高压电机在高浓盘磨系统的应用。根据高浓盘磨的生产需要及工厂电网的要求,对主电机直接启动、电抗器降压启动、自耦变压器降压启动、变频器降压启动4种方式进行分析计算,确定了合适的降压启动方式;并对主电机运行过程中的电流速断保护、过负荷保护、差动保护进行分析计算,确定了合适的整定值。 |
Abstract:The application of large synchronous high voltage motor in high concent ration disc refining system was introduced.According to the production needs of high concentrated disc refiner and the requirements of the factory power grid, the four ways of direct starting, reactor starting, autotransformer start and frequency converter start of the main motor were analyzed and calculated, to determine the right start mode.Moan while the instantaneous trip protection, overload protection and differential protection were analyzed and calculated during the running of the motor.The proper setting value was determined. |
