摘要:介绍了一种适合于现代高速复卷机张力系统的控制方法。在原有的复卷机张力控制原理基础上,提出一种基于前馈控制的改进型控制方案。结合当今飞速发展的PLC高速运算和处理技术,实现了相应动态补偿的数学模型和算法,并在具体案例中得到成功应用。该方法解决了长期以来由于复卷机的张力控制不稳定制约纸机生产的问题。
Abstract:A tension control method for modern and high speed rewinder was introduced. In the basis of existing control principle an improved control method based on feed forward control was suggested. Combining current developed high speed computing and processing technology of PLC, mathematical model and algorithm corresponding to dynamic compensation were implemented. This method was applied in practical application successfully.
