摘要:针对目前纸机干燥部传统稀油润滑系统油箱内除水效率低的问题,本课题采用二维简化模型,利用Fluent软件对传统油箱内的油水分离过程进行仿真模拟。通过对油品流动速度和两相体积分数分析,设计了几种不同的挡板来改善油品的流动状态。本课题分别从挡板的数量和角度进行数值模拟,找出最适合简化后二维模型的挡板位置和角度,有效提高了油和水两相分离效率。
Abstract:To improve the low efficiency of oil-water separation of the lubrication system in paper machine’s dryer section,utilizing Fluent to imitate the separation process of the flow field in a 2-dimension rectangular simplified oil tank. Various baffles plates were designed to improve the flow condition of the oil based on the analysis of flow velocity and volume fraction of oil. Numerical simulation was conducted from the numbers and angles of baffle plates respectively. Then, find out the most suitable parameters to improve the separation efficiency of oil-water.
