摘要:为比较卷烟纸及其7种原料和助剂(针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、淀粉、瓜尔胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠)的裂解产物之间的差异性和相关性,采用裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用仪(Py-GC/MS),对木浆和麻浆卷烟纸及所含的7种原料和助剂,在含9%氧气的氮气氛围下,快速升温到900℃进行裂解,并对其裂解产物进行了对比分析。结果表明,卷烟纸裂解产物主要以酮和酯类化合物为主,分别占42%、18%左右,且麻浆卷烟纸裂解产物释放总量高于木浆卷烟纸;2种木浆(针叶木浆、阔叶木浆)原料裂解产物与卷烟纸裂解产物分布的规律相似,但木浆裂解产生的碳水化合物与卷烟纸裂解相差10倍,差异较大;淀粉和瓜尔胶裂解产物种类相似,其中淀粉的裂解产物中碳水化合物比例最大,约为42%;羧甲基纤维素钠中酮类物质产生量最多,所占比例达到53%;2种助燃剂柠檬酸钾和柠檬酸钠裂解产物中芳香烃生成量最高,达40%以上,其他原料裂解产物中芳香烃含量仅为4%~6%。 |
Abstract:In order to compare the difference and correlation of the pyrolysates of cigarette paper and its seven raw materials (softwood pulp, hardwood pulp, starch, guar gum, sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose, potassium citrate and sodium citrate), they were analyzed by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) in 9% O2 atmosphere and rapidly heating to 900℃. Results showed that: ①The pyrolysis products of cigarette paper were mainly ketones and esters, which accounted for 42% and 18% respectively, and the total amount of the pyrolysis products of the cigarette paper made from hemp pulp was higher than that of the wood pulp cigarette paper. ②The distribution of pyrolysis products of the two kinds of raw materials (softwood pulp and hardwood pulp) and cigarette paper was similar, but carbohydrates in the pyrolysis products of wood pulp were 10 times more than the pyrolysates of cigarette paper. ③The compositions of pyrolysates of starch and guar gum were similar, however there was higher proportion of carbohydrates in the pyrolysate of starch, about 42%. ④The proportion of ketones in the pyrolysate of sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose reached the maximum amount 53%. ⑤Aromatic hydrocarbon amounts were up to 40% in the pyrolysate of the two combustion adjuvants, only 4%~6% was found for other raw materials. |
