摘要:在具有热电联产的制浆造纸企业,当热负荷和用电负荷在各种因素的影响下不断发生变化,使汽轮发电机组的发电量大于工厂实际用电量时,就会出现多余的电能电量流向供电局的外部供电网的倒送电现象。在一些不允许上网售电的地区,大量的倒送电对制浆造纸企业造成巨大的经济损失。本文主要从某制浆造纸企业生产过程中发电量和用电量的数据进行分析,提出通过建立智能化仪表间的通信,引入锅炉自动控制系统和汽轮机自动控制系统来解决自备热电厂发电机组倒送电的问题。 |
Abstract:In pulp and paper mills equipped with cogeneration, the heat and electricity load are constantly changing under the influence of various factors, it makes the generated electricity of the steam turbine generator is greater than the actual electricity consumption then the power inverse transmission appears. But in some areas where eletricity is not allowed to sell, a large amount of power inverse transmission will cause a great number of economic losses in pulp and paper mills. This thesis mainly provided the solution of the power inverse transmission of the generation unit by analyzing the datas of the generated energy and actual electricity consumption during the production of the pulp and paper mills. |
