摘要:介绍了超滤膜+反渗透膜的双膜法在以废纸为原料的造纸废水处理工程中的实际应用。结果表明,超滤膜+反渗透膜系统整体运行通量稳定,出水脱盐率达到97%左右、膜污染指数(SDI)接近于0。采用双膜法处理造纸废水,最终出水的CODCr降至10~15 mg/L、达到了我国GB/T 19923—2005城市污水再生利用工业用水水质标准中的要求,且经济效益明显,每年节省约104万元排污费用。 |
Abstract:Papermaking waste water has the characteristics of high chromaticity, high turbidity, high COD, and containing various refractory organic pollutants. This paper introduced the application of ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis dual membrane system in the treatment of Jingxing mill’s papermaking waste water. Reverse osmosis water desalination rate was stable at around 97%. SDI and turbidity value closed to zero. The deep treated waster water for reuse using dual membrane technology reached the recycling water quality standard for industrial uses of urban effluent, and the economic benefit was obvious. Waste water treatment cost could save about 1.04 million yuan per in the mill year. |
