摘要:研究了在热压过程中水分含量对芳纶纸基材料机械性能和电气性能的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、全自动压汞仪(MIP)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了湿热压后芳纶纸的表面形貌、孔隙结构和结晶度的变化。结果表明,随着湿纸水分含量的增加,结晶度相应增加,水分含量为120%时,结晶度达到最大值为71.17%,比干纸增加了59.39%,热压后芳纶纸表面平整、内部结构紧密,芳纶纸机械性能和电气性能也随之增强。
Abstract:In this study the effect of moisture content of PPTA paper-based composite in hot calendering process on its mechanical and electrical properties was investigated. The surface morphology, the pore structure parameters and crystallinity of PPTA aramid paper were studied by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), automatic mercury porosimeter(MIP) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) respectively. The results showed that the paper surface and the internal structure became more smooth and close, the crystallinity of the paper increased along with the increasing of moisture content in calendaring process. The crystallinity reached up to the maximum of 71.17% increased by 59.39% compared with the dry paper when the moisture content was 120%. In addition, the mechanical and electrical properties of para-aramid paper was also improved.
