摘要:研究了膨润土用量、剪切力、电导率、pH值对阳离子大豆分离蛋白-聚乙烯亚胺接枝物(CSPI-PEI)-膨润土微粒助留助滤体系性能的影响。结果表明,膨润土的最佳用量为0.4%左右,(CSPI-PEI)-膨润土微粒体系在中碱性抄纸体系中有良好的助留助滤效果,与CSPI-PEI单元体系相比,细小组分留着率提高了8.0个百分点,浆料打浆度下降了6°SR;(CSPI-PEI)-膨润土微粒体系比CSPI-PEI单元体系具有更好的抗剪切力和抗电导率干扰能力,且使纸张的物理性能稍有提高。 |
Abstract:The factors affecting the drainability and retention of deinked pulp with the application of CSPI-PEI-Bentonite microparticle system, such as bentonite dosage, shearing force, conductivity and pH value were studied in this paper. It was found that shearing strength and conductivity had a good effect on the performance of CSPI-PEI-Bentonite microparticle system. The system had good drainage and retention effect in alkali or neutral papermaking when the optimum dosage 0.4% of bentonite was used, the fines retention increased 8 persentage points while the beating degree of the furnnish decreased 6°SR compared with the application of CSPI-PEI system. Furthermore, the microparticle system could also improve the physical properties of the paper. |
