摘要:在抄造碳纤维-镍粉电磁屏蔽纸的过程中,研究了CPAM(阳离子聚丙烯酰胺)用量对镍粉留着率、纸张导电性能及强度性能的影响。结果表明,CPAM用量在0.4%时碳纤-镍粉电磁屏蔽纸的各项性能最好。
Abstract:In this paper the effect of CPAM on electromagnetic shield paper made of carbon fifer-nickel powder was studied by adding various dosage of CPAM to the furnish and comparing the strength property and conductivty of the paper, and the retention rate of nickel-powder.Experimental results showed that when the CPAM dosage was 0.4%, the properties of carbon fiber-nickel powder electromagnetic shield paper was the best.
