摘要:以四氯化钛、硝酸铈、氟化铵为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备铈氟掺杂(CF型)纳米TiO2光催化剂,采用X射线衍射仪和紫外可见分光光度计对其结晶构造和吸光特性进行表征。结果表明,CF型纳米TiO2光催化剂为锐钛矿型,在紫外光谱区域内(≤400 nm)有很强的吸收。以陕西省某造纸厂二沉池出水为处理对象,用CF型纳米TiO2光催化剂对其进行处理,在pH值为4、催化剂用量为0.8 g/L、光照时间为40 min时,CODCr
Abstract:The CF nano- TiO2 photocatalyst(nano- TiO2 doped with Ce、F)was prepared by using TiCl4、Ce(NO3)4 and NH4F as raw material and modified sol-gel method, crystal structure and optical absorption property of the CF photocatalyst were characterized by XRD and UV-vis DRS. The results indicated that the CF photocatalyst belonged to anatase structure and strong absorption in UV spectrum(≦400 nm). CODCr and chroma removal rate of the waste water from the second clarinet of a paper mill’s effluent treatment plant reached 88.9% and 95.2% respectively when the waste water was treated with the CF photocatalyst under the following conditions: pH value 4, dosage of catalyst 0.8 g/L and light radiation time 40 min.
