摘要:结合干毯辊传动系统的构成,分析了其控制系统中电控环节的难点,重点分析和设计了干毯辊传动控制系统的负荷分配和速差保护。利用速度反馈微差法实现造纸过程中负载的均衡分配,从而降低了故障率,保证了纸品的质量。此外,在实际使用中证明了该设计具有良好的效果。
Abstract:On the basis of introducing the components of dry felt roll drive system and the difficulties of its control system, the load distribution and the speed differential protection were analyzed and designed. During the papermaking process, using speed feedback differential method achieved balanced load distribution, so as to reduce the failure and ensured the quality of the paper products. In addition, the good application results of the system has been proved by practice example.
