| Abstract:The paper introduced the process design of vacuum system of the paper machine which was designed by China Light Industry Wuhan Design Engineering Co.,Ltd., the paper machine’s width was 5600 mm, the speed was 800 m/min. The paper was discussed the calculation and distribution of vacuum capacity of the dewatering; the DCS control principle of the vacuum flow; the design of the vacuum silencer; and the design of the recycling of the water used for vacuum pumps. |
