| 摘要:针对由可编程序控制器、直流装置、通信总线组成的复卷机电气控制系统,从控制系统的原理出发分析了每个部分常见故障的现象、可能原因以及排除故障的方法。实践表明，只要有效掌握各种电气故障的现象、原因和排除方法，就能快速有效地排除故障，使复卷机恢复正常生产。 |
| Abstract:Aiming at the rewinder electric control system consisting of programmable logic controller, DC device and communication bus, the common faults of each section, the possible causes and their troubleshooting methods were analyzed based on the principle of electric control system. It was proved that as long as the various common faults and their possible causes were effective by mastered, the faulted rewinder could be quickly repaired and recovered its normal operation. |
