摘要:在造纸法烟草薄片生产抄造或涂布工序加填硅藻土,以改善烟草薄片产品品质。结果表明,与抄造工序加填轻质碳酸钙(PCC)的烟草片基和烟草薄片成品相比,加填硅藻土的烟草片基定量、厚度、涂布率及吸液性增加,加填硅藻土的烟草薄片定量、厚度、抗张强度及吸味评分增大;在抄造工序加填PCC-硅藻土,随硅藻土比例增加,烟草片基的定量和灰分增大;在涂布工序涂布液中加填硅藻土,随硅藻土用量增加,烟草薄片的涂布率、厚度、灰分增大。 |
Abstract:The application of diatomite as filler in papermaking or coating processes of reconstituted tobacco production was studied in order to improve the quality of reconstituted tobacco. The results showed that compared with PCC filler, the application of diatomite could obviously improve the basis weight, thickness, coating amount and liquid absorption characteristic of the base sheet, the reconstituted tobacco filling with diatomite could obviously improve the basis weight, thickness, tensile strength and smoke flavor. As the proportion of diatomite to PCC increased in papermaking process, the basis weight and ash content of base sheet increased. As the proportion of diatomite increased in coating slurry, the coating amount, thickness and ash content of reconstituted tobacco increased. |
