摘要:盘磨机是目前广泛使用的磨浆设备,但存在能耗大、容易堵塞等问题,从根本上完善和解决这些问题需要加强对磨浆机理的研究。可视化技术作为一种可以用于研究磨浆动态过程的高新技术,本文归纳总结了可视化技术原理、技术进展与趋势以及在盘磨机磨浆机理研究中的应用,对改进现有的磨浆技术和促进可视化技术手段推广应用具有一定意义。 |
Abstract:Disc refiner is widely used in pulp refining at present, but there are still problems such as higher energy consumption and easy to be plugged in refining, improve and solve these problems need to strengthen research on refining mechanism. Visualization techniques can be used as a high-tech to study the dynamic process of refining. This paper summarized the principle of visualization technology, its technological advance and trend as well as application in the research of refining mechanism of disc refiner, it was significance for improvement of existing refining technologies and promotion of visualization techniques application. |
