摘要:介绍了采用分光光度法测定纸品中聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量的实验方法,对纸品中的PVA进行热水抽提,提取液在硼酸介质下与碘生成蓝绿色络合物,在波长690 nm附近测定溶液的吸光度。讨论了PVA的醇解度和聚合度对络合物最大吸收波长及吸光度的影响,并提出了解决淀粉干扰的实验方案,分析了基质溶液对工作曲线的影响。 |
Abstract:The spectrophotometric method was used to determine polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) content in paper. Paper sample was extracted by hot water, the complex with blue-green color was produced by the reaction of PVA and iodine in the presence of boric acid, and the absorbance of this blue-green solution was measured at 690 nm. This paper discussed the influences of DP(degree of polymerization) and DH(degree of hydrolysis) of PVA on maximum absorption wavelength, and proposed the method of eliminating starch interference caused by starch-iodine complex,and analyzed the effect of matrix solution on the working curve. |
