摘要:简单介绍了软启动器的工作原理以及应用场合,提出了电机软启动的几种常见工作模式。以广东潮州某造纸厂制浆车间的一个“一拖二”软启动控制系统的设计为例,主要阐述了基于西门子微型PLC-LOGO的软启动控制系统的实现,讨论了罗克韦尔自动化有限公司的SMC-3软启动器在工业现场中的应用,着重讨论了“一拖二”软启动控制系统的硬件线路设计和LOGO控制程序的编写,并介绍了该软启动器的参数设置及使用中的一些注意事项。
Abstract:The brief working principle and application of soft starter was introduced in this paper. Taking the design of the “one drives two” soft starter control system of the paper mill in Chaozhou city Guangdong province for example, the implementation of soft starter control system based on Siemens miniature PLC-LOGO was mainly illustrated in the paper. The field application of type of SMC-3 soft starter made by Rockwell automation Co., Ltd. was discussed. Particularly, the design of hardware circuit and the control program of LOGO in “one drives two” system were mainly illustrated. Furthermore, the parameters setting of soft starter and some notes for application were introduced in the paper.
