摘要:研究了两性聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)纸张干强剂生产过程中的温度控制对产品应用效果的影响。实验发现,降低反应浓度和提高引发温度可大幅减少引发阶段反应热的产生。而保温阶段温度越高,产物黏度增长越快。随着产物黏度的增大,体系中残余单体含量降低、聚合物相对分子质量增大,其增强效果也越好。但黏度过高不利于AmPAM的生产和使用,综合判断,AmPAM最佳黏度为20000 mPa·s。经验证,该产品对纸张的增强效果优于市场上几种常见的纸张干强剂。
Abstract:Radical polymerization is known as a complicated and intense exothermic reaction. Temperature control is essential to the polymerization process, and also is the difficulty and key point in industrial production. The experiment found that decreased reaction concentration and increased initiation temperature could significantly decrease the generation of reaction heat. Increasing the temperature in the temperature maintaining stage raised the growth speed of the apparent viscosity of the product. Meanwhile the residual monomer content of the system reduced, the molecular weight of the product increased, together with its strengthening effect. However higher viscosity was adverse to its preparation and usage. The optimal product viscosity was considered to be 20000 mPa·s. The product performances were verified superior to several common dry strength agents in the market.
