摘要:本文介绍了Fenton流化床氧化技术的工艺原理。通过与传统Fenton氧化工艺的对比,分析了Fenton流化床氧化技术在提高污染物去除率、降低化学品消耗、减少污泥产生量方面的优势。Fenton流化床氧化技术应用于制浆造纸生物处理后废水的深度处理效果很好,对废水CODCr去除率可达到90%以上,对色度的去除率可达到99%以上。
Abstract:This paper described the technological principle of Fenton fluidized-bed oxidation techniques. The advantages of Fenton fluidized-bed techniques including higher pollutant removal rate, lower chemicals consumption and sludge production comparing with the traditional Fenton oxidation process were discussed. The CODCr removal rate could reach more than 90% and the color removal rate more than 99% of the pulping and papermaking effluent firstly treated with biological process then followed by Fenton fluidized-bed oxidation advanced treatment.
