摘要:采用响应面实验设计方法,研究了不同烟梗、碎片及木浆比例对造纸法烟草薄片抗张指数和耐破指数的影响。结果表明,烟梗、碎片及木浆比例与造纸法烟草薄片抗张指数和耐破指数间存在较强的相关性,且回归模型的显著性好,可用于分析预测符合造纸法烟草薄片抗张指数和耐破指数要求的原料配方;验证实验结果相对偏差在7%以内,说明该模型具有较高可信度。 |
Abstract:The influence of the proportion of tobacco stem, tobacco scrap and fibre on physical properties of the paper-process reconstituted tobacco (PRT) such as tensile index and bursting index was investigated by using response surface experiment design method (RSM). The results indicated that there was significant correlation between the proportion of the materials and physical properties, which could be used to predicted the tensile index and bursting index of PRT. Confirmatory trials showed that the relative deviation was less than 7%, which suggested that there was good fit degree between the experimental results and the values predicted by the equation. |
