摘要:在长网纸机上使用自平衡(无反作用力)高频摇振器是提高成纸质量的一个有效手段,由于自平衡高频摇振器包括多个偏心轮的复杂运动,因此其伺服驱动有着较高的算法要求。本文结合实际情况对自平衡高频摇振器的驱动与控制进行了介绍。 |
Abstract:High frequency counterforce free shaker is an effective means of improving the finished paper quality on paper machine. Because of the complicated movement of several eccentric gears, there’s high demand on the calculation method of its servo drive. This article presented a brief introduction to the practical operation and driving of high frequency counterforce free shaker. |
