摘要:采用热重分析仪对杨木APMP废液固形物热解特性进行了研究,考察了不同热解温度、升温速率条件下APMP废液固形物的失重特性,并进一步采用Coats-Redfern法描述了热解过程,计算了APMP废液固形物在不同升温速率下的热解动力学参数。动力学研究结果表明,APMP废液有机物热解主要区域的反应级数为2,活化能及频率因子随着升温速率的增大而微幅增大。 |
Abstract:The pyrolysis characteristics of Aspen APMP effluent solid were studied via thermogravimetric analysis. The effects of pyrolysis temperature and heating rate on the pyrolysis characteristics were investigated. And pyrolysis process was analyzed by means of Coats-Redfern method, pyrolysis kinetic parameters of Aspen APMP effluent solid at different heating rates were calculated. The results showed that the reaction order of Aspen APMP effluent solid pyrolysis was 2 at the organic pyrolysis region, the activation energy and frequency factor in the decomposition increased slightly with the heating rate. |
