摘要:通过正交实验获得了桦木预水解硫酸盐法制浆的最佳工艺条件,并通过漂白得到了α-纤维素含量、白度、聚戊糖含量等方面满足醋酸纤维浆粕要求的纸浆。通过对比实验室自制醋酸纤维浆粕与进口醋酸纤维浆粕的反应性能后显示,实验室自制醋酸纤维浆粕能够顺利完成醋化反应且反应速率较快,但是在溶解性能、分子质量分布方面存在不足。 |
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study a method to prepare cellulose acetate pulp for cigarette filters with birch as raw material. The optimum conditions of prehydrolysis kraft pulping were determined by the means of orthogonal test. The bleached pulp met the requirment of cellulose acetate pulp in α-cellulose content, whiteness and pentosan content and so on. The reaction properties of the bleached pulp and imported pulp were compared. The bleached pulp could convert to be CA by acidification reaction, but existed some disadvantages in terms of dissolution properties and molecular weight distribution. |
