Abstract:The innovation experience of two 3150 type fourdrinier tissue machines which were retrofitted of the original cylinder machines was introduced. The fourdrinier tissue machine currently is the first and advanced of its kind in China after the system structure was retrofitted. The machine speed increases to 360～450 m/min from 120~160 m/min before retrofiting, production of each machine increased from 8～12 t/d to 40～50 t/d and the product quality was improved. The basis weight was 18～30 g/m2.
