摘要:选择短流程漂白技术对有机酸法玉米秸秆皮浆(OABCSRP)进行漂白,研究了碱处理(E)、压力H2O2(PO)和H2O2(P)及其组合漂白工艺对OABCSRP浆特性的影响。结果表明,碱处理对OABCSRP浆脱木素选择性高,是后续漂白的重要基础,当用碱量4.0%时,浆的得率为95.4%、脱木素率为23.5%、黏度为115 mPa·s、亮度为44.2%;短流程E(PO)漂白可作为中高白度文化用纸浆料的漂白,在E段用碱量4.0%、PO段H2O2用量为2.0%时,可获得得率87.6%、黏度53.5 mPa·s、亮度79.9%的漂白浆,E(PO)漂白浆具有较好的打浆和纸张性能;短流程E(PO)P漂白在H2O2总用量为2.5%时,可获得得率为86.4%、黏度为59.6 mPa·s、亮度为82.7%的漂白浆。
Abstract:To investigate environmentally-friendly total-chlorine-free (TCF) short sequence bleaching of organic acid corn stalk rind pulp, E(PO) bleaching and E(PO)P bleaching were studied. The results indicated that alkaline extraction(E) was a process with a good selectivity of delignification, and was beneficial to subsequent bleaching processes. When NaOH dosage was 4.0% in E stage, the pulp yield, delignification rate, pulp viscosity and brightness were 95.4%, 23.5%, 115 mPa·s and 44.2%, respectively. For short sequence E(PO) alkaline extraction and pressurized hydrogen peroxide bleaching, bleached pulp with 87.6% yield, 53.5 mPa·s viscosity and 79.9% brightness could be obtained while NaOH dosage of E stage was 4.0% and H2O2 dosage of (PO) stage was 2.0%; the E(PO) bleached pulp showed good beating and papermaking performances, and could be used for medium-to-high grade fine papers. The E(PO)P bleaching sequence, when the total H2O2 dosage was 2.5%, could lead to 86.4% of pulp yield, 59.6 mPa·s of pulp viscosity, and 82.7% of pulp brightness; the E(PO)P bleached pulp could be used for high grade fine paper.
