摘要:某碱回收锅炉Ⅲ级(高温)过热器发生严重腐蚀,通过对燃料、材质、腐蚀产物成分分析及金相分析,确定造成腐蚀的主要原因是设计缺陷和燃料问题。
Abstract:Serious corrosion occurred in Ⅲ stage superheater of a recovery boiler,the reason was investigated through fuel component test, metal material analysis, composition analysis of corrosion matters and metallographic examination. The results showed that the design limitation and fuel component were the main reasons that led to the serious corrosion.
