摘要:粘胶纤维与木浆纸复合水刺非织造材料用作可冲散性湿巾基材,研究水刺纤维原料及其各组分含量、成网方式以及水刺材料面密度对材料性能的影响。对比分析复合水刺材料的的干湿强度、吸水性、可冲散性。结果表明,水刺材料纤维面密度为30~60 g/m2、木浆纸质量分数65%~75%、机械梳理成网、扁平截面粘胶纤维与木浆纸复合水刺材料适合用作可冲散性湿巾基材。 |
Abstract:Viscose fibers with flat cross section and circular section were respectively used together with wood pulp as raw material to manufacture spun-laced non-woven composite materials. The test results of wet strength, water absorption, flushable performance of the product indicated that viscose fibers with flat cross section and wood pulp can be used to make flushable nonwoven. The optimum content of wood pulp is 65%~75% and the basis weight of the product is 30~60 g/m2. |
