摘要:研究了在阔叶木浆纤维的细胞腔或细胞壁中原位合成硅酸钙的工艺条件及用其制备隔热纸的可行性。实验结果表明,隔热纸的最佳工艺条件:氯化钙浓度1.25 mol/L,纸浆打浆度57°SR,搅拌速度300 r/min,反应温度60℃,混合时间30 min,反应时间20 min。在此条件下,隔热纸的灰分可达到24.6%,表面温度比空白样低19℃。采用扫描电子显微镜-能谱(SEM-EDAX) 、X射线衍射仪(XRD) 、红外光谱(FT-IR) 对合成产物及隔热纸张的结构、性能进行了表征。结果表明, 制备条件较易实现;硅酸钙在纤维表面、纤维细胞壁、纤维细胞腔中均有沉积。 |
Abstract:The feasibility and process conditions of heat insulation paper manufacture based on in-situ synthesis of calcium silicate in the lumen or cell wall of the hardwood pulp fibers were investigated. Under the optimal experimental conditions the heat insulation paper was made. The concentration of calcium chlorine is 1.25 mol/L, the beating degree of the pulp is 57°SR, the stirring rate is 300 r/min, the reaction temperature, the mixing time and the reaction time are 60℃ and 30 min and 20 min respectively. Under these conditions, ash content of the heat insulation paper reaches to 24.6% and its surface temperature is 19℃ lower than the control sample. The synthetic product, microstructure and properties of the heat insulation paper were observed and measured by SEM-EDAX, FT-IR, XRD analysis, respectively. The results indicated that the manufacture condition is easy to fulfill; the calcium silicate deposits on the fiber surface, in the cell wall and lumen of the pulp fibers; the calcium silicate paper has very good heat insulation property. |
