摘要:针对中小型造纸企业安全生产存在的危险有害因素进行分析，并有针对性地提出了安全管理对策措施及建议，以期达到安全生产的目的。

Abstract:The dangerous and harmful factors in production in small and medium size paper mills are analyzed. In order to achieve the safety purpose the countermeasures and suggestions for safety management are putted forward.
